Yes, all our jewelry is hallmarked and certified. Each piece comes with an EZ Gold authenticity certificate stating the gold karat and weight.
2. Why can delivery take up to 30 days?
All our jewelry is handcrafted to order by our master jewelers. These are not mass-produced items. Artisanal production takes time but guarantees a unique quality piece.
3. How are prices calculated?
Prices are calculated in real time based on the 24K gold rate (Kitco source). The price depends on weight, karat, current rate, craftsmanship and French VAT (20%).
4. Can I see the jewelry in store before buying?
Yes, you can visit our stores in Troyes or Dijon. If the model is not on display, we can order it for you.
5. Are payments secure?
Yes, we use Sogecommerce by Société Générale, a secure French bank payment solution.
6. Can I return a piece if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you have 14 days to return it. See return conditions.
7. Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, on request. Contact us for a personalized quote.
8. How to care for gold jewelry?
Avoid chemicals (perfume, chlorine). Clean with a soft cloth. For deep cleaning, visit one of our stores (free service).
9. What if my jewelry is damaged?
Bring it to one of our stores or contact us. We offer a repair service by our master jewelers.
