Terms of Sale — EZ Gold

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (T&C) govern the sale of gold and diamond jewelry offered by EZ Gold on www.ezgold.fr and in our stores in Troyes (46 Rue Voltaire, 10000) and Dijon (10 Place du Théâtre, 21000), France.

2. Jewelry Prices — Live Gold Rate

All prices are calculated in real time based on the 24K gold rate provided by Kitco (proxy.kitco.com) in EUR per gram. The price of jewelry depends on:

• Weight of the jewelry in grams (net gold weight)
• Karat — 8K, 14K, 18K, 22K or 24K
• 24K gold spot price at the time of order
• Craftsmanship fees (artisanal labor)
• Jewelry margin (35%)
• French VAT 20% (included in displayed prices)

The price at checkout is final and binding. Subsequent fluctuations in the gold rate do not affect your confirmed order.

3. Made-to-Order Jewelry — Production Lead Time

IMPORTANT: All our jewelry is handcrafted by our master jewelers. These are not mass-produced items kept in large stock.

Production and delivery time can take up to 30 business days from payment confirmation. This includes:

• Handcrafted production (hallmarking, setting, polishing, quality control)
• Certification and issuance of the EZ Gold authenticity certificate
• Secure packaging (jewelry box + insured packaging)
• Insured shipping by approved carrier

4. Warranties

• EZ Gold authenticity certificate delivered with each piece
• Legal hallmark matching the declared karat (8K, 14K, 18K, 22K, 24K)
• Jeweler guarantee: our online sales are backed by our physical stores in Troyes and Dijon
• Insured delivery: every shipment is covered by transit insurance

5. Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Return

In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-18, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

Return conditions:

• The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, in its case, with the certificate
• Return shipping must be insured (at customer’s expense unless defective)
• Refund within 14 days after receipt and inspection

Exceptions: personalized or engraved jewelry (initials, dates, dedications) is non-returnable in accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-28.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Bank card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA wire transfer. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Jewelry production begins only after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

Free and insured delivery in mainland France. International shipping available on request. Delivered with signature, including certificate and invoice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Troyes, France.
