Returns and Exchanges
EZ Gold is committed to your satisfaction. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of your order to return your jewelry.
Return Conditions
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, in its box
- The EZ Gold authenticity certificate must accompany the return
- No signs of wear, scratches or modifications will be accepted
- Return shipping must be insured and tracked (customer’s expense)
Return Procedure
- Contact us at contact@ezgold.fr or +33 6 95 52 52 38 to open a return request
- We will provide the return address and case number
- Pack the jewelry in its original box with the certificate
- Send it via insured shipping within 14 days
- After receipt and inspection, we issue a refund within 14 days
Exchanges
You may exchange your jewelry for another model of equal or higher value (with additional payment). Contact us to arrange the exchange.
Exceptions
In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-28, personalized or engraved jewelry (initials, dates, dedications) is non-returnable.
Defective Jewelry
In case of manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We cover the return and provide full refund or replacement.
