Track your EZ Gold order in real time.

How to track my order?

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Click on “My Orders”
3. Select the order to track
4. You will see its status and the carrier tracking number

Possible Statuses

• Pending payment — your payment has not been confirmed yet
• Payment received — your order is validated
• In production — our craftsmen are making your jewelry
• Quality control — verification and certification
• Shipped — your package is on its way with tracking number
• Delivered — package received
